The ILC mail box is a means for you to reach the counsellors
- to discuss your questions or language problems,
- to make appointments, and
- to share your joys and/or difficulties in your course of independent study.
- before you write to us, we suggest that you first look at the Frequently Asked Questions.
The ILC mail box is NOT
a proof-reading service - so don't send in your paper and expect any counsellor to edit your errors;
a hot-line for you to discuss personal problems - these are the focus of the university student counsellors.
-
a front-line for general inquiries of the centre - please ring 2609 8733 instead.
If you want to hear from the counsellors, don't forget to put down your name, CUHK ID number, e-mail address and contact telephone at the end of your message.
To help the counsellors identify the most suitable person to handle your questions, please state your topic clearly and precisely in the subject line, e.g. problems with satellite TV.
