In this workshop, you will be introduced to the key skills to begin and maintain conversations in various settings. You will learn strategies for how to discuss various topics, agree and disagree politely, and maintain conversations by incorporating appropriate questions and statements. You will also have the opportunity to practise in small group discussions.
