What shapes our identity? How does our identity affect our interpersonal relationships? What can I do to successfully navigate a multicultural environment? Through a combination of self-reflection, group discussion, and case study analysis, this workshop will help you foster a deeper understanding of identity, its effect on cross-cultural interpersonal communication, and examine strategies for promoting inclusive dialogue in personal and professional settings.
(Note: Attendees of all three GC Series workshops (1. Intercultural Communication; 2. Media and Technology; 3. Global Labour and Employment) will receive a Global Citizenship Certificate from the ILC.)
