花藝師、花療靜觀創立人及園藝治療分享者;亦是香港79年老字號花店第三代傳人。自幼研習繪畫與手藝,及逾十年的禪修冥想經歷,有感鮮花亦是是修心靜觀、令人快樂及美學兼備的手藝,希望推動更多人透過禪修、花藝及大自然美學探索自我和找回內在平靜,為社會帶來更多減壓和諧空間。
