Interview Skills Development System

Weclome to the Interview Skills Development System (ISDS) by the Independent Learning Centre (ILC).

This practice is ONLY available for students who have attended at least one of the ILC Job Preparation Series workshops in the past semester. Students will be engaged in answering both a general and a difficult interview question during the assigned timeslots. They will also undertake a critical reflection of their own interview performance through a video clip which will be posted via the ILC website a week later. Teacher feedback as well as relevant resources for further independent learning and improvement will be provided for individual students.
