Postgraduate students often need to give short presentations to different audiences. You may present your research in your departments, faculties, or conferences, both locally and internationally. This session is intended to empower you with key skills that may captivate your audience.

Good content structure of your research work, precise and accurate contents with visually engaging graphics are essential in presentation slides when giving professional and proficient oral presentations. Apart from structure and content, a presenter’s pace and tone of delivery are key to drawing the attention of the audience. In this session, AI-powered tools are introduced in a way that participants may use them to receive timely impartial feedback, including evaluation of content clarity, accuracy and relevance, and analysis of voice quality, tone and pace.

To fine-tune your oral presentation skills to the next level, participants will practise these skills, including using these tools and interactions with fellow participants. You will also learn tips and tricks on handling stage fright and responding to ‘questions and answers’ professionally. By becoming AI-ready graduates, this session will boost your confidence to deliver captivating presentations.
