Speaker's Bio

Ms. Pamela Chai
Pamela Chai is a strategic and innovative Senior Human Resources professional who specialises in helping clients and organizations translate their business visions into HR initiatives that improve performance, productivity, and employee engagement. Running her own Consultancy firm, Pamela is currently helping her clients simultaneously as their People & Culture Engineer/Advisor. She has been recognized consistently for performance excellence and contributions to the success of businesses with a strong focus in Greater China and the Asia Pacific regions. Apart from being an effective and multilingual communicator who is highly flexible and adaptable to any changing new environment, Pamela is also a genuine influencer who thrives on challenges with more than 25 years of experience within diverse industries for MNCs. Pamela held an MBA and a Master’s degree in human resource management from Macquarie University Graduate School of Management. She is also an Accredited Assessment Administrator for HOGAN, SHL, MBTI, and Six Sigma Certified (Green belt).


Ms. Elsa Tang
As a qualified accountant, Elsa Tang worked in Deloitte and practiced as a CPA for 4 years before moving into the commercial sector and holding management positions in international firms. Elsa is currently a partner of a CFO Centre in Greater China which platform provides part-time chief financial officers in mid-size companies and startups with support and advice. With more than 25 years’ experience as a senior executive for global organisations and MNCs, Elsa has vast experience in strategic business planning, supply chain management, and financial & operational leadership. She also engages actively with various NGOs and pursues her passion in mentoring, coaching, spiritual practices, and Chinese calligraphy.
