As this 'system' is not organized systematically, it's not very useful for learning Cantonese.

The Yale System is a romanization system developed by the Yale University, which has been popular among English speakers who are learning Cantonese.
The Yale System utilizes diacritics to denote tones like pinyin. While these diacritics make it easier to visualize the different tones, unfortunately they are very difficult to use in computing.
Popular Cantonese Systems 3
In 1993, the Linguistic Society of Hong Kong designed and proposed a romanization system known as 'Jyutping'.
Our Cantonese platform uses Jyutping because:
1.Its principles are simple and easy to learn;
2.It uses alphanumeric characters that are free from any diacritics;
3.Microsoft Office (e.g. Word) 2007 has Jyutping as its built-in inputting system.
